Azzurino Spritz

This spritz is basically summer in a glass. Refreshing, citrusy and so easy-drinking it disappears way too fast.

Ingredients

• 8 cl Azzurino Aperitivo
• 6 cl Prosecco or sparkling wine
• 2 cl soda
• Lime wedge
• Optional: 1 cl fresh lime juice for extra zing
• Low-ABV version: swap Prosecco for tonic water

How to make

Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Azzurino, Prosecco and soda, give it a gentle stir. Garnish with a lime wheel. Done.
